Pricing
The prices that are cited for our products consitute the price for a piece with the same design and similar wood. Due to the fact that each piece is hand-crafted, exact matches are impossible. If you prefer to change a design, you will need to contact the artist for pricing. Pricing is based on the complexity of the design. To request a quote, please submit a Request for Quote.
Availability
Some of the products listed on our website have been crafted out of materials that may not always be available for one reason or another. If we are not able to obtain the necessary materials for your project, we will contact you about substitutions.
Payment Terms
Typically, we require payment in full for products under $500 prior to beginning the project.
For products $500 or more, we require half the amount prior to beginning the project, and half to be paid with shipping prior to shipping the product.
Rush Jobs
We highly discourage rush jobs. The quality of the work usually suffers when a job is rushed. Therefore, a surcharge will be added to any project that requires a rushed completion, based on how quickly you want the item to be completed and the complexity of the order.
Shipping
We charge only the amount needed to package and ship the item, which is calculated when we box the item and take it to be shipped. At that time, we get a price, and send an invoice.
To Order
Commission Work
- Contact the artist to discuss the piece you would like to order. You can fill out this form, or give him a call at 864-384-8873.
- When an agreement has been made, we will invoice you. At that time you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. No PayPal membership is needed. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you can mail your payment with your invoice.
- Once payment has been received and cleared, work will begin on your commision.
On the Shelves
Products On the Shelves can be purchased by adding them to the cart and paying directly. Once we have received your order, the item will be shipped out within two business days.
